New Belling electric cooker installed 2022.

Double food preparation sinks - Double washing up sinks & Hand washing sink.

Central island food preparation area is equipped with a pop up electrical supply. Fridges for church & non church use. also a food warming cupboard.

The Kitchen is adequately stocked with crockery and cutlery for all to use.

It is very important that after use the Kitchen must be left in a clean hygienic condition.

Empty bottles /plastic containers must be put in the recycling box. (Sorry no facility for recycling glass)

Rubbish bags when full must be placed in the appropriate bins outside before the building is vacated.

TMC Doesn't have a Caretaker. It is the responsibility of the hirer to leave the premises clean & tidy after use.

·      Lounge                        seating up to 80 in rows or 12 tables seating 4 each (48 Maximum)

·     Vestries  1 & 2             seating 12 each

·     Church capacity          150 - only available for relevant use

 

PLEASE NOTE – BECAUSE OF FIRE REGULATIONS THESE NUMBERS ARE MAXIMUM AND INCLUDE PERFORMERS, AUDIENCE AND HELPERS. THEY ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE

                (The charges will be reviewed annually)

 

All lettings should start and finish on either the hour or half hour and are to include set up and clearing up.*

 

SCHOOLROOM AND LOUNGE:                                                                

 Please note in line with rising cost of energy in 2022  the hire charges for TMC rooms must unfortunately increase with

effect from 1st January 2023.                

All hire times must include setting up and clearing away.

·     Lounge & Schoolroom regular lettings £8.50 per room, per hour --- increased  to  £10 per hour.

·     Visiting church groups will be counted as regular users.

·     Occasional user / one off lettings £10.00 per room, per hour---- increased to £12 per hour. 

 Kitchen ( making hot beverages in the Kitchen are included in the above charges)   

Other Kitchen use  £8 no increase..  

   

 VESTRIES  £6.00 per hour regular use --- occasional / one off use £6.50  per vestry seating 12 people. no increase.

 STAGE, STAGE LIGHTING     -       Prices on application                   

KITCHEN USED FOR MEAL    -     £8.00 per hire

Toilets are situated in the Schoolroom & Lounge entrances, provision is included for disabled people & baby changing facilities.

Easy access doors for wheel chairs and push chairs have been installed throughout our church premises.
